ABOUT COACH IKE
Built by football.
Called to coach.
Coach Ike did not come to this work from the outside. He has been in the game as a player, a teammate, a coach, and a mentor. He knows the work is physical. He also knows the hard part is not always the drill.
It is the doubt after a mistake. The frustration when progress feels slow. The pressure to perform. The discipline to come back and line up again.
Back 2 Basics was built for athletes who need more than activity. They need teaching, correction, belief, accountability, and a coach who understands what the game asks from them.
Real coaching changes how a player sees the game. It can also change how a player sees himself.

Why Back 2 Basics Works
A coach who sees the whole player
Coach Ike looks beyond the drill. He watches how an athlete moves, listens, responds, competes, and carries himself when the work gets hard. Development starts with seeing where the player really is.
Football taught with purpose
Every rep has a reason. Athletes learn the details behind the work so they can build cleaner technique, better habits, and a stronger understanding of the game.
Standards that hold under pressure
The goal is not to look good for one session. The goal is to build habits that survive fatigue, frustration, competition, and the moments that decide games.
